Makers of Mere Pyare Prime Minister dropped the exciting making video of the film where it shows the exciting journey of Khandoba Slum becoming the home of 8 years old Kanhu and all the exciting journey of shooting in Khandoba Slum by accepting the challenge.

The video has shown the whole Mere Pyare Prime Minister team accommodating in the Khandoba slum which is situated on the hills and the team's struggle shooting in the most challenging location. Om Kanojia a.k.a. Kanhu also explains the struggle when he was first introduced to Khandoba Slums.

In the video, director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra also shares an incident where he explains how the localities understood the depth of the film themselves during the shoot.

Mere Pyare Prime Minister focuses on the issue of open defecation and sanitation problems in the country told through the story of a slum boy who wants to build a toilet for his mother.

The film starring National award-winning actress Anjali Patil, Makarand Deshpande, Rasika Agashe, Sonia Albizuri and Nachiket Purnapatre brings together power-packed performances. The music of the film is given by Shankar Ehsan Loy and lyrics by Gulzar.

This Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's directorial Mere Pyare Prime Minister is all set to release on 15th March 2019.
