Mother’s Day 2020: Arjun Kapoor Gets Emotional, Requests Everyone To Hug Their Moms And Take Up Their Calls

The world celebrated Mother’s Day yesterday. While many were lucky to be spending the entire day with their moms and being around her, some were not that fortunate. Many others are actually away from their mothers due to the lockdown and there are also those amongst us who have lost their moms. The lucky ones can only imagine how it would be for the not-so-lucky people around. Arjun Kapoor, who had lost his mother a few days before his Bollywood debut, took to his social media to reveal his feelings.

While he wished all the mothers a happy mother’s day, he said that the day was ‘ajeeb’ for him. He let emotions out and said that it was bittersweet for him because he wants to celebrate the day but can’t. He also said that he was angry at irritated at first seeing all the celebrations around, but realized that there are many like him too. He also had a message for everyone who were away from their parents. He urged them to give their mothers a call, talk to them and not avoid her. He also requested them to be vocal and express their love for their moms and hug her as much as they can. Captioning the video, he wrote, “Dealing with Mother’s Day

Well, that was really emotional. Our mothers unconditionally love us and it is only fair that we celebrate her everyday!
