Nakuul Mehta And Darsheel Safary To Make Their Bollywood Comebacks With Satte Pe Satta Remake?

Farah Khan is all set to remake the Amitabh Bachchan- Hema Malini starrer Satte Pe Saata and ever since she had announced it, it had been making headlines. First, it caught our attention when reports of Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone being paired together for the film started making the rounds. And now, it is being said that popular TV actor Nakuul Mehta and Darsheel Safari of Taare Zameen Par fame might make a comeback to Bollywood with the Satte Pe Satta remake.

Yes, you read that right! According to a popular web portal, these two actors are being considered to play the part of Ravi’s brothers in the film. While there isn’t any information on who will play which role, we are pretty sure that Darsheel would be playing the youngest brother! Would Nakuul reprise the role played by Sachin Pilgaonkar? He would look great in that is for sure, but we would have to wait for the official announcement. The original, that released in 1982, had Sachin Pilgaonkar, Shakti Kapoor, Paintal, Kanwaljeet Singh, Sudhir and Vikram Sahu playing Amitabh's brothers.

There had also been news of Preity Zinta being considered for Ranjeeta’s role. Well, this already sounds interesting, isn’t it?

Nakuul had made his Bollywood debut in 2008 with the film, Haal-e-Dil which did not do well at the box-office. He had started his career with a Telugu film called Abhimani, which never got a release. Darsheel, on the other hand, had debuted in Bollywood with the highly acclaimed Taare Zameen Par. He was also a part of The Midnight’s Children.
