Not Kareena Kapoor, But This Actress Will Play Akshay Kumar’s Wife In Good Newwz

With films like Aitraaz and Gabbar Is Back, Kareena Kapoor and Akshay Kumar have proved to be a popular on-screen couple. Their fans were obviously excited to see them together in the upcoming film Good Newz but that is not how things are going to be it seems.

While, Kareena and Akshay, along with Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani, are definitely a part of the cast, Kareena would not be playing Akshay’s wife in the film as predicted earlier. Kareena, for all we know, would play the role of a surrogate and actress Anjana Sukhani of Salaam-E-Ishq fame is going to play the role of Akshay’s wife in the film. A source close to the development revealed, “Yes, Anjana Sukhani will be playing the role of Akshay Kumar’s wife in the film.”

The film directed by Raj Mehta, the film is slated to release on December 27^th this year and would be somewhat clashing with Salman Khan’s Dabangg 3 which will release on 21^st December.

On the work front Akshay has multiple projects like Laxmmi Bomb, Sooryavanshi, Prithviraj, Bachchan Pandey, and Bell-Bottom which will all release next year or in 2020 whereas Kareena Kapoor has projects like Angrezi Medium and Laal Singh Chaddha in her kitty.
