Whenever a star kid makes hi/her foray into the Bollywood, it causes quite a stir. Nepotism debate aside, it is always kinda fun to see how these kids have turned out to be, especially because in most cases we have seen them grow up in front of our eyes.

It was the same amount of enthusiasm that we had for Sara Ali Khan when she declared that she was stepping into Bollywood. But, then something happened. Slowly and steadily, one appearance at a time she has managed to impress us immensely. As her debut film Kedarnath hits the theatres today, Sara has been garnering mixed reviews for her performance, but keeping this aside, here is why she is one of our favorite star kids on the block.

Check any interaction of Sara, she comes across as one of those really rare Bollywood stars who are incredibly real. From discussing her medical condition on national television to talking about her weight loss journey, Sara always tends to keep it real.

While there is no dearth of pictures of Sara where she is shown dressed like a Bollywood celeb is expected to be. She Has A Sense Of Humor

Sara on Koffee With Karan was nothing sort of a revelation. She had us in splits when she declared, rather excitedly, "Of course I am weird.Saif Ali Khana and Amrita Singh had a baby and I am that baby. Of course I am weird.' Apart from that, the video that showed her giving a very impromptu performance goes to show that she has a killer sense of humor and is not scared of making a fool out of herself.

She Values Her Education

For the uninitiated, Sara has completed her education from the prestigious Columbia University which is one of the Ivy League institutions. In her admission, she has said that she always knew that she wanted to become an actor and thus education for her was not a means to get a job. Thus she has actually used her education for what it is meant perhaps- becoming a well-rounded and evolved human being.

She Is Amazingly Sorted

Saif and his personal life has been the gossip fodder for many years now. From the much-publicized divorce with Amrita Singh to a very public relationship and subsequent marriage with Kareena Kapoor, Sara surely has had a lot on her plate. But in every interaction where she has been questioned about her family dynamics, she has given open and dignified which goes to show how sorted she is. Plus, her hand-written note to paparazzi to invite them over for coffee also shows how grounded she is.
