In fact, Sushant’s own sister Meetu Singh is being interrogated. Earlier, the Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission had issued a notice to Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation seeking an explanation of Rhea Chakraborty's entry into the morgue where Sushant’s body had been kept.
Well, a suo moto cognizance of the issue was taken and the notice was sent to the BMC and the Mumbai Police by SHRC’s M.A. Sayeed on 31st August.
And now, IANS reported, Pinakin Gujjar, the Dean of R.N. Cooper Hospital, along with a civic Law Officer, appeared before the SHRC and submitted a brief letter, stating the BMC had not given any permission to the actress to enter the morgue.
The report further stated that Sayeed was not quite satisfied with the reply and now Sayeed has ordered BMC to file an affidavit along with the names and versions of all persons present at that time when the actress is said to have gone in the morgue. The SHRC had also sent a reminder notice to the Mumbai Police seeking its response on the matter which it is treating on priority.
