Vivek Oberoi's Brother-In-Law Aditya's House Raided
Updated : September 15, 2020 03:53 PM ISTThe Bengaluru Central Crime Branch team raided the Hebbal residence of Aditya Alva who is the son of former Karnataka minister late Jeevaraj Alva and also the brother-in-law of Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi in connection to the Sandalwood drug case.
Aditya has been absconding ever since the police started their investigation in the matter. It is worth mentioning here that the raid is being conducted just a day after Kannada actress Ragini Dwivedi has been remanded to judicial custody till 28 September. It was earlier reported Aditya Alva who is also a real estate dealer is one among 12 people who are booked in the case in which actor Sanjana Galrani has also been arrested.
According to media reports, the police are leaving no stones unturned in their investigation after the Narcotics Control Bureau arrested a few drug peddlers who were supplying drugs to singers and actors from the Kannada film industry.

Indian Express has quoted Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) Sandeep Patil as saying, “Search warrant is taken from the court and search being conducted at Aditya Alva’s house near Hebbal called ‘House of Lives.’ The search is conducted by CCB officials in front of Alva’s family members.”
Among the kingpins who were arrested in the case, one Anikha D had told the police that there were many Kannada film celebs in her customer base.
