Updated : February 05, 2020 03:02 PM ISTIt had been reported more than two years back that the 2014 Korean Film, A Hard Day, would be remade in Bollywood by Raj and DK. However, after the announcement, the project did not take shape and the director duo focused on making other projects. But looks like the Hindi remake would happen soon. A Pinkvilla report has stated that the actor has bought the rights of this film, that had debuted at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival in the Director’s Fortnight segment. While the production house has not confirmed the news, a source close to the portal has said, "Shah Rukh and his team really loved watching the Korean thriller A Hard Day. So much so that he got his team to buy the Hindi adaptation rights for the film at a good price. If all goes well, his production house Red Chillies Entertainment will be making the film soon."
Well, before you are too happy, let us tell you that it’s not yet confirmed if the actor would play the lead in the film as well. The same source has added, “He will definitely produce the film under his home banner but it’s not known if he will be acting in it.” It has also been said that he might get Kahaani fame Sujoy Ghosh on board to direct the film.
Well, this news is so exciting, isn’t it? We hope he also gets on board to act in the film.
