Shah Rukh To Begin Film With Rajkumar In October
Updated : June 20, 2020 01:39 PM ISTShah Rukh Khan fans have been missing him on the big screen. The actor's last onscreen appearance was in the film Zero and it has already been over a year since but for his fans and admirers the world over, the wait is that of eternity already!
And now, according to the latest reports, as the lockdown slowly opens, Shah Rukh Khan is planning to kick-start shooting for filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani’s immigration social drama in October.
Peepingmoon.com reports Shah Rukh Khan has told Hirani that he will not be comfortable to resume shooting before October for the immigration drama. The report further states, King Khan has read more than 20 scripts in the meantime and is in talks with several leading filmmakers for his next venture.
The Badshah of Bollywood asked Rajkumar Hirani to complete the recce of the film and kick-start the pre-production process. The report further reveals the pre-production process will happen virtually which will help the team to immediately dive into production once the situation settles. As per reports, SRK also asked the filmmaker to fine-tune the script along with writers Kanika Dhillon and Abhijat Joshi.
If this project materializes, this will be the first film of Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkumar Hirani together.
After Zero starring, Khan, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles bombed at the box office, there were several reports about the actor’s next project and one amongst them was Rakesh Sharma's biopic, however, later Shah Rukh walked out of the project.
