Other than being a popular actress, a graceful dancer and a yoga enthusiast, the gorgeous Shilpa Shetty is a doting mother to her two children-- son Viaan and daughter Samisha. Well, today the beauty took to her official social media handle to share an adorable video of Viaan and Samisha. In the clip, the two can be seen bonding over yoga. Along with this cute post, Shilpa penned a thought provoking note on the importance of having a healthy lifestyle. She wrote: “Kids are like wet clay. We must mould their approach towards a healthier lifestyle early. Inculcating the habit of enjoying a balanced diet, staying fit, and gaining control over the mind & soul is crucial.”

Shilpa went on to add, “That’s exactly what I’ve tried to do with Viaan; and now, to see him take over the role and teaching his little follower, Samisha, makes me so proud.
