Shilpa Shetty shares a motivational page out of her book amid husband Raj Kundra’s arrest in porn scandal

Earlier this week, Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra was arrested by Mumbai Police for reportedly being involved in a porn scandal. He was accused of allegedly creating pornographic films and publishing them through mobile applications. The businessman was referred to as a ‘key conspirator’ and the police confirmed that they have sufficient evidence regarding the same. It was also reported that the police did not find any active role of Shilpa during investigation. Meanwhile, the actress skipped shooting for dance reality show Super Dancer citing 'personal emergency'.

While Shilpa decided to remain silent on the matter, she has now shared her first post on social media since the arrest. The actress shared a picture of a page from a book. At the top, there is a quote by James Thurber which reads: “Do not look back in anger or forward in fear, but around in awareness.” After a brief passage, another motivational paragraph states: “I take a deep breath, knowing that I'm lucky to be alive. I have survived challenges in the past and will survive challenges in the future. Nothing need distract me from living my life today.”

Since the past few weeks, Shilpa was busy gearing up for her Bollywood comeback after 14 long years with Priyadarshan’s romantic comedy Hungama 2. The film is scheduled to premiere on Disney+ Hotstar today. Makers have confirmed that the release has not been affected by the case.
