Sunil Grover Will Not Be Returning To The Kapil Sharma Show; Has Not Received Any Calls From Salman Khan

Sunil Grover’s exceptional performance and iconic characters such as Guthi and Rinku Bhabi were undoubtedly some of the biggest highlights of The Kapil Sharma Show. However, after the two world class comedians had a spat during a flight, Sunil decided to walk out of the show for good. Fans were heartbroken! Well, yesterday it was reported that Sunil will be returning to the comedy show. Buzz suggested that superstar Salman Khan, who is the producer of The Kapil Sharma Show, is trying hard to become the peacemaker between the old friends.

Sadly, all these rumors have been rubbished by a source close to Sunil. In a report shared by ETimes, the source was quoted saying, “It is really unfair to take away the appreciation Sunil Grover got for his performance in his recent web series by pushing stories about a Kapil Sharma show.” The source further clarified that Sunil has not received any phone calls from Salman asking him to return to The Kapil Sharma Show. We have to say, it’s quite sad to see the ray of hope being shattered yet again.

Meanwhile, Sunil is quite busy with his exciting upcoming projects. The actor, who shared the screen with Salman in Bharat and recently blew us away with his performance in Ali Abbas Zafar’s Tandav, is currently busy gearing up for his much awaited web series Sunflower, helmed by Vikas Bahl. He is also expected to leave for USA for stage show with Salman, as soon as the coronavirus situation becomes better.
