Sandip To File Defamation Against Rumour Mongers

Producer Sandip Ssingh who had always claimed to be Sushant Singh Rajput’s close friend is appalled at how he is being framed for the death of the actor and how 'false allegations' are being leveled against him. Therefore now, he has decided to file a defamation case against everyone who has been maligning him and have been holding him responsible for Sushant's death.
Sandip was one among the first few people to reach Sushant’s residence after he was found dead in his Mumbai apartment on the 14th June, ‘20. His manager took to his Twitter account and wrote, “#SandipSsingh to file a defamation case against those who are spreading rumors and are behind all the false allegations."

Well, for the uninitiated, Sandip Ssingh had always claimed he is close to Sushant’s family and was also a very close friend of Sushant but his family members have denied knowing him in almost every media interview, they have maintained that Sandip was just present there but no one knew him. Point to be noted here is, Sandip was also clicked with Sushant’s sister Meetu Singh.
Sushant’s niece Mallika too took to her Instagram account and wrote about Sandip’s involvement in the matter, “The family does not know who Sandip Singh is. Meetu masi fainted after she saw the body, so somebody had to make sure she could walk okay and he just happened to be there. I repeat, she doesn’t know Sandip Singh.”
Sushant Singh Rajput’s family lawyer Vika Singh also denied knowing Sandip Ssingh. It was during an interview with Pinkvilla that Vikas had stated, “Meetu (Sushant’s sister) was devastated after seeing Sushant’s body so she went and she was lying down in the room so he just saw an opportunity and he took charge. Nobody in the family knows him, how he came there. Suddenly how did he start taking charge. Since nobody from the family was there, there was an opening for him. I guess it should have been Pithani (Siddharth, Sushant’s flatmate) who should have been there and not Sandip.”
