Bhumi Pednekar's Next Selected For Busan Film Festival
Updated : September 05, 2019 05:58 PM ISTThe Busan Film Festival is all set to commence within a month. The prestigious film festival is already grabbing limelight and there are a number of Indian films that would premiere in Busan and the names include both big and small budget films.
Priyanka Chopra starrer The Sky Is Pink will be one of the Indian films that would be seen in Busan Film Festival. The film also stars Farhan Akhtar, Zaira Wasim and Rohit Sharaff in important roles. The Sky Is Pink has also been showcased at the Toronto International Film Festival and will get its theatrical release in October.

The other major film that will be showcased in the film festival is Konkona Sensharma and Bhumi Pednekar starrer ‘Dolly, Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare’. The film had been announced last year and it has been directed by Alankrita Srivastava of Lipstick Under My Burkha fame!

Amongst the offbeat films that would be premiering in Busan Film Festival are Aadhaar and Raahgir. Aadhar has been directed by National Award winning director Suman Ghosh and stars Viineet Kumar Singh in the lead.
