The actor is currently working on the biopic of Sardar Udham Singh. The film was slated earlier to release on 2nd October 2020 and now the film has a new release date. Yes, the film will not be releasing on the same date. It will now hit the theatres in the next year. The new release date for the film has been finalized to be 15th January 2021.

The film will portray the life and times of Sardar Udham Singh which implies, the film will be based on the freedom struggle of India against the British. For the uninitiated, Udham Singh was among the first few individuals to raise his grievance against the British Raj. He was the one to assassinate General Micahel O’Dyer in London right after the Jallianwallah Bagh massacre.
The film will have October actress Banita Sandhu in the lead role and has been produced by Ronnie Lahiri and Sheel Kumar. Vicky announced the film on 4th March, last year.
And as has been reported 2nd October, 2020 has been now occupied by Yash Raj’s Jayesh Bhai Jordaar that stars Ranveer Singh in the lead role.
