Vikram Vedha Remake: Aamir Khan Backs Out Of The Project, Saif Ali Khan Still A Part
Aamir Khan Backs Out Of Vikram Vedha Remake?
Updated : December 19, 2020 12:24 PM ISTRumours about Vikram Vedha's Hindi remake had been doing the rounds for a very long time. It was being said that Shah Rukh Khan had been approached to play a part in the film, but he had refused. Then, it was Aamir Khan and Saif Ali Khan who had been approached and they had both shown interest. However, it now looks like the Laal Singh Chaddha actor has backed out of the project.

If a report in Bollywood Hungama is to be believed, then Aamir had found the plot interesting after the narration. However, he seems to be not so satisfied with the final screenplay of the film. Since he was not convinced with it, he decided to take a step back and has now turned it down. Saif Ali Khan is still very much a part and we hope that he does not back out.

Aamir Khan has been busy shooting for Laal Singh Chaddha, which is the official Hindi remake of Forrest Gump. He will also be doing T-Series founder, Gulshan Kumar's biopic, Mogul and would be starting the project by mid-2021. Vikram Vedha was a Tamil neo-noir crime thriller that came out in 2017. It had R. Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles.
