Will Preity Zinta Make Her Comeback With Ashutosh Gowarikar’s Next?

Preity Zinta has long been gone from Bollywood. The actress, who had won our hearts with her talent and that dimpled smile, was last seen in Ishkq In Paris back in 2013 and with the film flopping, she took a long sabbatical. But it now seems that the actress might finally make a return back to Bollywood after 5 years, just like Shilpa Shetty.

According to a report by a web portal, Preity has apparently bagged the lead role in an Ashutosh Gowarikar film. The film, however, would not be directed by Ashutosh himself, but one of his assistant directors.

In the film, Preity would play the daughter-in-law to Paresh Rawal’s character. The film would be a funny take on a father - daughter-in-law relationship. The shoot for the film will begin by the end of September.

It was also rumoured that the actress might play a part in Satte Pe Satta remake, which will be directed by Farah Khan. Even though Hrithik Roshan has not confirmed the news, looks like he might be paired up with Deepika Padukone in the film and the shoot might begin from January 2020. In the film, Preity has apparently been offered the role of Ranjeeta, who would be wheel-chair bound. If the news does turn out to be true, we will have not one but two Preity Zinta releases and we will also see the Koi Mill Gayya pair once again on-screen.
