Khatron Ke Khiladi 11: Rohit Shetty wraps shoot after 42 days; Shares why this season is ‘extra special’

In the first week of May, celebrity contestants jetted off to Cape Town, South Africa to begin shooting for Khatron Ke Khiladi season 11 amid the pandemic. All precautions were taken and the participants shot the stunt reality show in a bio bubble. They also took out time and shared many behind the scene pictures and clips from the sets. Host, filmmaker and action king Rohit Shetty also took to his official social media handle to unveil a promo of the much awaited season.

Well, today the team wrapped up the shoot and is all set to return home. Celebrating the same with a special post, Rohit wrote: “A 42-day long crazy & action-packed ride finally comes to an end! However, this season was extra special. At a time when the world is engulfed by a feeling of fear, everyone involved in this show including the crew members, team Colors, the stunt team and the contestants have shown tremendous courage and determination by making this season happen against all the odds.

He went on to add, “I feel truly blessed and thank God and the Universe that we got through the season without any hurdles. I can proudly say that this time we took the show to the next level and now we cant wait to share the adventure with you all! Signing off from Cape Town, back to Mumbai. Khatron ke khiladi Season 11… Coming soon!”
