Bigg Boss 14 Updates: Salman Khan Announces Voting Lines Are Now Open

Bigg Boss 14’s grand finale night is here and one of the five finalists of the season will be picking the winner’s trophy. Salman Khan has exciting plans for the finalists who relived their journeys on Saturday’s episode. From performances, surprise guests and the results of fan loyalties a lot is all set to happen in this grand finale.

Rubina Dilaik, Aly Goni, Rakhi Sawant, Nikki Tamboli, Rahul Vaidya’s fates are at test. All finalists will be performing on the show and the promos have already created enough excitement. Guests on the show include Ritesh Deshmukh, Nora Fatehi, Madhuri Dixit, Dharmendra and several others.

Jasmin Bhasin introduced host Salman Khan, after which the superstar took a walk down memory lane. He looked back at all the firsts that Bigg Boss saw this season-- blaming makers, leaving and re-entering the BB house and lots of tod phod! There was also a lot of mention about doing things only for 'content'.

Salman then talked about all the love stories that began in the BB14 house-- Rakhi Sawant's one sided love for Abhinav Shukla, Sonali Phogat's crush on Aly Goni, Rahul Vaidya's proposal to Disha Parmar, Pavitra Punia and Eijaz Khan's Kabir Singh love and the beginning of Aly Goni and Jasmin Bhasin's relationship.

Bigg Boss introduced fans to the top 5 finalists-- Rubina, Rahul, Nikki, Aly and Rakhi-- and thanked them for entertaining the audience all through the season. BB also announced that this was one of the most successful seasons so far. Right when Aly got up to pour the drinks and begin celebrating, the television turned on and Salman surprised the contestants. A fruit champagne was finally opened.

Salman video called Madhuri Dixit as he will soon hand over the Bigg Boss 14 time slot to her dance reality show Dance Deewane. The evergreen beauty then introduced all the contestants one by one in her own 'andaaz'.

Salman asks ex contestants who did not deserve to be in the finale. He also introduced Jasmin to Sonali, and called the latter her 'sautan'. Then came the first performance of the evening. Rakhi burned the floor when she danced to her hit tracks such as Pardesiya. Fans also got to see her alter ego Julie.

Salman salutes her for becoming the only challenger who made it to the finale. He also talked about how much she missed her mystery husband Riteish all through her journey. Then she got the biggest surprise of the season. Salman sent in Riteish! However, it was actor Riteish Deshmukh, not her husband Riteish. Salman then told her this Riteish is married and has kids just like her husband. But she joked that he does not have a tummy like her husband, leaving the rest of the contestants in splits. Riteish took revenge for Rakhi by asking some fun questions. He pointed out Nikki for not sharing her makeup and then called Rahul Rakhi's half husband because they have taken 3.5 pheras.

Riteish then gives them a special task. The 5 contestants get a chance to walk out of the show with the 14 Lakh that Rakhi had sacrificed to become the second finalist of the season. Rakhi and Nikki pressed the buzzer to take up this opportunity but Rakhi became the winner and left the race to finale. She left the house and walked onto the stage with Riteish.

Salman asked Rakhi who she sees as the winner. She states that Nikki is not possible, but Aly, Rubina and Rahul are giving each other a tough competition. She then claims that her 'antar aatma' feels Rubina will win the show. Rakhi also shares that she's happy she picked up the briefcase because now she can pay her mother's hospital bills. Salman tells her the decision was right as she did not receive the highest number of votes.

Before the grand finale, the contestants got a chance to take back the things they regret doing. While Rubina regretted throwing water on Rakhi, Rahul felt he should not have passed the nepotism comment for Jaan Kumar Sanu. Nikki felt she got rude and arrogant which was unnecesary, whereas Aly stated that he doesn't regret anything he did.

Salman announces the name of the next evicted contestant. While Nikki thought she received the least number of votes, it was actually Aly Goni who had to leave the BB house and the race to finale. Rahul, Rubina and Nikki reached the top 3 and gave Aly a teary farewell. Post his eviction, Nikki broke down and claimed that she does not deserve to be in the top 3. Rubina explained that she needs to be grateful and thank God. After Aly and Rakhi left the house, Salman gifted them a Being Human bracelet with their respective birth stone.

Salman then welcomed ex contestant Nora Fatehi to the stage. She left the audience in awe with her killer dance moves on some of her most popular tracks like Garmi and Saki Saki. Nora also got a chance to interact with the Top 3 contestants and introduced them to her magical lamp and genie Salman. Nora asks for a handsome gentleman to come to the stage and propose to her. Salman calls Eijaz Khan to the stage to fulfil her wish. Her next wish is to dance with someone, so Salman calls Sonali to join them.

Nora Fatehi's third wish is to do all her hook steps with Salman Khan and the duo had lots of fun on stage. Right from Saki Saki to Garmi the Bigg Boss 14 host sportingly did it all. 

Salman Khan is joined on stage by veteran superstar Dharmendra. The actor blessed the three finalists and had fun on stage with Salman dancing to Yamla Pagla Deewana and recreating scenes from Sholay. The veteran star revealed he looked up at Dilip Kumar and to win admiration of fans just like him he became an actor.

Dharmendra plays Love Guru on Bigg Boss 14 and Jasmin Bhasin jumped on the opportunity asking the star to make Aly say something that makes it clear to other girls that he is off the market. Dharmendra has a classic response for her. The actor also gave advice to Rubina and Abhinav and asked the latter to never give up on the TV actress.

Aly Goni and Rahul Vaidya celebrated their friendship that blossomed on the show by dancing to popular friendship tracks including Ye Dosti, Hum Dono Hain Alag Alag and then danced with finalist Nikki Tamboli to Tune Mari entry and Badshah’s Genda Phool.

Salman Khan receives the envelope for the top two contestants. The host announces that Nikki Tamboli has to leave and Rubina and Rahul become the top two finalists.  

Before greeting Nikki on the stage, Salman announces that voting lines are opening for 10 minutes. He then enters the Bigg Boss 14 house for the last time and congratulates Rahul and Rubina for becoming the top 2. When asked what they would miss most, Rubina replied Bigg Boss' voice. Rahul, on the other hand, said he would miss spending an entire day in the house. Meanwhile, movers and packers enter the house and start sealing everything. Rahul and Rubina walk out to the garden area together.

One last time, Bigg Boss gives them an order. He asks them to turn off the main switch together. The king and queen of Bigg Boss 14 then give their last performance.

Bigg Boss 14 has found its winner in actress Rubina Dilaik beating singer Rahul Vaidya to bag the top spot.
