Jasmin Bhasin Shares An Update On Her Covid-19 Positive Mother's Health, Reveals She's Been Discharged

Actress Jasmin Bhasin informed concerned fans that her mother’s health is now improving and that she has been discharged from the hospital. The Bigg Boss 14’s contestant’s mother had contracted Covid-19 and according to a recent to by the actress her father had to run around helplessly to fins a hospital bed and oxygen for her.

In an Instagram story, Jasmin shared an update on her mother’s health: “My mom is much better now and discharged. Thank you everyone for your prayers. Stay safe and take care guys.”

As the country battles a deadly second wave of Covid-19 that has claimed many lives, there is an acute shortage of oxygen, medicines and even hospital beds to treat Covid-19 patients.

Jasmin who is currently in Jammu with boyfriend Aly Goni and his family had recently shared her distress with fans and wrote, "Disappointed and heartbroken. Everyday deaths, people on streets trying to find beds and oxygen. My own mother was in the same situation two days back where finding a bed was a task. My old father was running around to find medical care for her, many are going through same."

On Monday, India added 3.57 lakh new cases of Covid-19 and registered 3449 deaths.
