Firangi: You Don’t Need To Watch Kapil Sharma’s Film Because The Trailer Tells The Entire Story!

Kapil Sharma is back with his movie Firangi, where he plays the role of Manga, a man who finds a job with the British during the British Raj and feels that they aren’t bad people. Based in the era before partition, Manga falls prey to patriots and their anger who curse him for being a British Raj loyalist and name him ‘Firangi’ in angst.

The trailer begins on an adorable note where he is telling a slightly twisted story to a little girl at bedtime, where he’s basically narrating his own story but correcting all the odds to make it rosy for her. He falls in love with a girl in the village but like everyone, she feels he cheated on her by taking up a job against Indians with the British.

There are some really good comic moments in the trailer, especially the end where the little girl gives him a befitting reply in his face.

The only issue with Firangi’s trailer is that it tells the entire story in 2 minutes 54 seconds, leaving us least intrigued to watch the entire film.
