Stree Trailer: This Combination Of Horror And Comedy Hits The Right Note!

When the teaser of Stree had been released, it was quite a shocking one. In fact, it would not be an exaggeration to say it sent a chill down our spines. Based on the urban legend off Nala Ba that had hit parts of Karnataka in the 90s, the film was supposed to be a horror comedy. The trailer justifies the comedy bit to the horror part that was shown in the teaser.

The trailer will get you laughing from the very start. With the impeccable Rajkummar Rao and the super talented Pankaj Tripathi, there is least chance that anything will go wrong. Needless to say, the trailer starts off at the right note.

Rajkummar Rao plays a tailor in the film, who is in love with Shraddha's character. She comes to the town only during the Pujas and when a legend similar to Nala Ba grips the city, people begin to suspect that she is the ghost. 

Rajkummar and Shraddha's chemistry is crackling and we are still thinking why no one came up with this pairing before?

Well, the legend is also mocked in this film. It is about a ghost who is hungry for love. So anyone who responds to her calls vanishes and only their clothes are left behind.

The music of the film adds to the tempo. But the dialogues seem to be one of the strongest points in the film.

Rajkummar Rao, as usual, seems to be at his comic best. Where does this man find so much talent? Matching him is his Newton co-star Pankaj Tripathi, who is also in superb form. Shraddha Kapoor is looking glamorous. Apart from them, Aparshakti Khurrana and Abhishek Banerjee are also part of this film.
