Ajith undergoes surgery, on his way to recovery

Kollywood superstar Ajith Kumar who was suffering from disproportionate nasal septum and sinus related issues, recently underwent septoplasty and functional endoscopic sinus surgery at a private hospital in Chennai. According to ENT specialist Dr M.K. Raja Shekar, the ace actor is on his way to recovery.

Thala Ajith is currently basking in the success of Yennai Arindhaal. He is also enjoying his fatherhood as he and his wife Shalini were recently blessed with a son.  With 'Kutty Thala' being their second child, Ajith has become a proud father one more time.

The actor is expected to start working on his next film soon. His upcoming venture, tentatively titled as Acchamillai is expected to go on floors once the star gets completely recovered.

Directed by Siva and set in Kolkata, the film is said to be an action-thriller. The cast and crew of the film, is not yet officially confirmed, but the grapevine is abuzz that Shruti Haasan might has been roped in to play the female lead while Anirudh will take care of the audio.
