Anaika Soti To Play Journalist In Her Next With Jiiva

Anaika Soti made a dream debut with Siddharth starrer ‘Kaaviya Thalaivan’. The promising actress was then roped in for Atharvaa starrer ‘Semma Botha Aagatha’. She will be seen portraying a challenging role of a sex worker in the Badri Venkatesh directorial. Even before the release of the film, Anaika has bagged another interesting project and her role in the film has been revealed.

According to reports, the talented actress will be playing the role of a journalist in her next. The flick titled ‘Kee’ will have Jiiva as the male lead and will feature Nikki Galrani as the other female lead. The film is touted to be a comedy drama and it is being helmed by debutant director Kalees.

During a recent interview, Anaika said she is quite excited, as the roles she is being offered are different. She said, "I'm excited that I'm getting different roles to essay — a princess, sex worker and now a journo. I play a very ambitious and enthusiastic girl who is very modern. We shot in a beachfront glass house which actually is my house in the film". The actress has completed shooting for few portions of the movie and will again join the team in the first week of September.
