Aramm Sequel In Offing?

Nayanthara is one actress who can do commercial and serious films without a hitch. Her performance in the recently released film Aramm proves that she can perform all the genres with ease. In Aramm she played the role of an IAS officer Madhivadhani, who takes up an important issue that is the need of the hour.

Directed by Gopi Nainar, the movie addressed several important issues and the strong script moved people into tears. The flick has received positive response both from audience as well as critics. And now, the movie’s producer, Kotapadi J Rajesh of KJR Studios, has revealed some interesting news.

In an interview with Deccan Chronicle, Rajesh said, “We are extremely happy with the response for Aramm. I’m happy to announce that there will be a sequel to this film, titled Aramm 2 and it will release sometime in 2018.” Sources have revealed that just like the first part, the sequel too will address some important issue and will star Nayanthara as the protagonist. Nayanthara also has Velaikkaran, Imaikaa Nodigal, Kolayuthir Kaalam and Co Co in her kitty.
