Atharva Murali starves himself to look tired in a particular song

The talented young actor, Atharva Murali, has delved himself deep into the skin of the character which he is playing in his next, Eetti. The actor is reportedly enacting an athlete in the film and as per the latest buzz he starved himself throughout a day to look exhausted in a particular song sequence.

As told by director Ravi Arasu, "Atharvaa plays an athlete,who trains hard every day so that he can make a name for himself in the sports circuit.We recently shot a motivational song (composed by GV Prakash) in Tanjore, and Atharvaa had to look tired and worn out for it. So, he decided to starve himself completely for a day. He neither ate nor drank a drop of water from the morning, and by the time we filmed the required sequence late in the evening, he had lost the sheen and was dead tired. His look was perfect for the song. Despite feeling weak, he shot for the sequence enthusiastically." Eetti, which also stars Sri Divya in the lead, will undergo production in Tanjore till the middle of March and the female lead will join the team next month.
