Chiranjeevi may become Rajya Sabha member soon

Chennai, March 7 -- Telugu Superstar Chiranjeevi, who ventured into politics in 2008 by forming Praja Rajyam Party, is likely to get a Rajya Sabha seat soon.As per last years Praja Rajyam-Congress merger deal, the latter has promised to give one of the four seats it can win in the biennial elections to the Upper House of Parliament from the state toChiranjeevis party.The election will be held on March 30.
