Choreographer Jayanth To Act Now!

Film industry has always seen people of different area in the industry itself turning into actors. Be it Hindi cinema or any other regional one. Current news is that choreographer Cool Jayanth is heading towards the same trend. Yes, the dancer is moving in the field of acting.

Jayanth has started as an assistant of Prabhu Deva and Raju Sundaam and later continued the profession with Kadhal Desam which had A R Rahman’s music and dance numbers. It was praised a lot for the same. He had bagged the chance to direct the Kozhi Raja apart from writing the story and screenplay. He has already completed 800 movies in multiple languages.

Talking about his career, Jayanth said, "I made the music video Chocolate Baby as a prelude to my debut directorial venture Kozhi Raja. I have also acted in the video alongside Manoj Bharathiraja, Navneetha and Geethanjali. It has shaped up well and gave me the confidence to go ahead with the direction of Kozhi Raja where the same cast is repeated. Thambi Ramaiah, Vijay Naik and Sona Nair are also part of it." His upcoming flick is all about five thieves and the story revolves around their previous and present lives.
