Daniel Balaji Will Be Seen With Dhanush After Nine Years

It’s almost a home coming for actor Daniel Balaji, who will be soon teaming up with Dhanush and Vetrimaaran for his next. The actor from Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu had earlier worked with the duo nine year ago for Polladhavan. He predominantly plays negative characters and is widely lauded for bringing life into the movies he works in.

A close source to the team said, “Daniel Balaji was called in for a look test recently in Chennai, and only then, was he finalised for the role in Vada Chennai. His role is a very crucial one, and he will sport a completely new look this time. He is currently shooting in Hyderabad for Vijay's next film with director Bharathan and will fly down to Chennai and join the set on June 26”.

However, he added that the film will go on floors from 22nd of this very month. The chunk of the shoot will take place in the Slums of Chennai. Moreover, known for playing superb antagonist the star has already bagged a crucial role in Vijay 60 as well.
