Dhanush Excited About His First Hollywood Project

Yesterday it was reported that Dhanush will soon be making his dream debut in Hollywood. The Anegan actor made a perfect start to his Bollywood innings ‘Raanjhanaa’. He will now make his debut in Hollywood with ‘The Extraordinary Journey Of The Fakir Who Got Trapped In An Ikea Cupboard’.

He shared his excitement and happiness of bagging a Hollywood project with his fans. He said, “I am very excited by this opportunity to work in a full length Hollywood film. The director Marjane Satrapi felt I would be apt for this role and I feel there are many facets I can explore for this character. I thank my fans and media for constantly standing by me and pushing me to explore new endeavors and challenges all the time".

The Maari actor will be seen alongside Uma Thurman and star Alexandra Daddario. He will play the role of an Indian magician named Aja, rooted to a forgotten Indian colony of artists. He is sent on a secret mission to Paris by her mother. Reportedly, the project will go on floors in June 2016.
