Dhanush, Kajol Shoot Promotional Song For ‘Velaiilla Pattadhari 2'

Soundarya Rajnikanth’s upcoming comedy-drama ‘Velaiilla Pattadhari 2’ will feature Dhanush, Amala Paul, Saranya Ponvannan and Samuthirakani returning from the first part and Kajol joining the old star cast. Dhanush has also penned the story and dialogues for the flick, and is jointly bankrolling the project with S. Thanu. With music composed by Sean Roldan, the flick is expected to hit theatres on July 28.

According to recent reports, a promotional song for the flick is currently being shot in Mumbai. Choreographers Bosco and Ceasar have choreographed the song, which will feature Dhanush and Kajol. Well, it would be really nice to see the two renowned actors shaking a leg together.

On a related note, Kajol will be seen playing a negative role in the flick. ‘Velaiilla Pattadhari 2’ is the actress’ second Kollywood film. She was earlier seen in ‘Minasara Kanavu’, which marked her debut in Tamil cinema, in 1997 along with Arvind Swamy and Prabhu Deva.
