Dhanush moves to Mumbai; purchases a flat in Andheri

South superstar Dhanush has reportedly purchased a flat in Andheri, Mumbai. If reports are to be believed, the actor has moved into the same building where Raanjhanaa director Anand L. Rai resides. Interestingly, Anand was the first director who gave Dhanush a break in Hindi cinema.

Reports further suggest that the Kollywood actor has developed an excellent rapport with the director of his Bollywood debut. Both seem to have bonded so well on the sets of Raanjhanaa that they not only shared food but also taught their languages to each other. Incidentally, he also assisted Anand for his upcoming movie Tanu Weds Manu Returns. Now that they are together, we hope to see more of Anand- Dhanush collaboration.

Meanwhile, Dhanush is juggling between Kollywood and Bollywood flicks. The actor is currently working with cinematographer-director Velraj for an untitled Tamil project. Grapevine is abuzz that the superstar would be playing a student in this film. Dhanush, who was recently seen in Bollywood film Shamitabh alongside megastar Amitabh Bachchan and newbie Akshara Haasan, is also in talks with Umesh Shukla for another Hindi film. "Dhanush will be shuttling between Mumbai and Chennai for his films here and down South. So while he is in the city, he can ask for story narrations at home," a source close to the actor confirms.  We wish the rising star best of luck for his future endeavours.
