Dhanush Releases Poster of his Hollywood Debut

Here’s some great news for Dhanush ’s fans! The actor and producer recently shared a poster and teaser of his Hollywood debut called The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir on social media and we can’t stop talking about it! The movie is an English-French comedy-drama directed by Ken Scott.

Speaking about the film, Dhanush said that for him, it has indeed been an extraordinary journey. Sharing the poster of the movie on Twitter, he wrote, “Here is the teaser poster of 'The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir'. My first English film. It's been an extraordinary journey indeed. Hope you guys like it.” And of course, we love it!

The movie also stars Berenice Bejo, French actress and Somalian-American actor Barkhad Abdi. As per the director, it is very inspiring to see people of different nationalities come together for a film. “I fell in love with the project. Working with Dhanush and other actors from so many different cultures was truly inspiring. We shot in different countries -- India, Italy, France, Libya. We wanted to impact these different countries to the main character. Very simply what I tried to do is to get the best out of each actor to find the right balance of drama and comedy.”
