An East Antagonist For Rajinikanth’s Kabali?

Rajinikanth’s 159^th mob movie Kabali might feature an East for the role of the antogonist. Pa. Ranjith directorial also features Radhika Apte, Kishore, Kalaiyarasan, Dhansika, and Dinesh Ravi in the key roles. The movie is slated for a 2016 summer release.

A source close to the film claims that the makers of Kabali have met six actors for the role. “While Chinese star Jet Li is on top of their minds, they have also met Donnie Yen (Ip Man series), Winston Chao (Zhong Kui: Snow Girl and The Dark Crystal), Simon Yam (Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle Of Life), Jiang Wen (Gone With The Bullets) and Chow Yun Fat (Pirates Of The Caribbean: At World's End) in the last couple of weeks,” the source said.

The source added, “One of these actors will be finalised by the end of this month before the team heads to Malaysia for a 25-day schedule.”

This is Rajinikanth’s second film in which the megastar features as a don, first being Baasha in which he portrayed a stylish Mumbai based don. The movie was a great hit.
