Gayathrie Roped In For Aneethi Kathaigal

Ever since Thiagarajan Kumararaja has announced of making Aneethi Kathaigal, the film has become a talking point. To ensure that the movie is successful, the Aaranya Kaandam director has cast one of the most talented actors and hired best technicians. The flick features Vijay Sethupathi, Fahadh Faasil and Samantha in the lead roles.

And now the latest to join the cast is Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom fame actress Gayathrie. She will be paired opposite Vijay Sethupathi and will join the sets on September 10. However, when inquired about her character in the film, she refused to divulge details.

“Recently, Bagavathi Perumal (Bugs of NPNK) told me that he had worked with Thiagarajan Kumararaja before. I was told that he is a task master and never gets satisfied, until he gets the perfect shot. He is also extremely particular about the dialogues and would go for an umpteen number of retakes to achieve it!” she said.

Gayathrie will also be seen in Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren for which she has wrapped up the shooting. She is currently working as an assistant director in Balaji Tharaneetharan’s Seethakathi.
