Girish Gangadharan Roped In As Cinematographer For Thalapathy 62

Even after several controversies regarding the recently released Mersal, the film is still running successfully in theatres. It was earlier reported that AR Murugadoss is will be directing Thalapathy’s 62nd film. The movie will be produced by Sun Pictures.

The latest that we have been hearing is that cinematographer Girish Gangadharan, who is popular of working in Malayalam films such as Kali, Angamaly Diaries and Solo, is the new addition to the cast. AR Murugadoss has said that the film will be emotionally-driven with a social message. Rumours are doing rounds that Rakul Preet Singh, who acted in Spyder, will be playing the female lead.

Anirudh Ravichander, who composed peppy numbers in Kaththi, will be providing the music score of the movie. The flick is expected to go on floors in January 2018. An official announcement regarding the cast and crew of the film will be revealed soon.
