Guess Which Kollywood Actress Is Going To Bankroll Her Upcoming Project!

Kollywood diva Sanam Shetty is known to have starred in movies such as Premikudu, Sawaari and Vellaiya Irukiravan Poi Solla Maatan. Since her debut, the actress has starred in 15 movies. Sanam is set to bankroll a movie for the first time ever.

The title of the movie is ‘Magie’, which is said to have a dark comedy genre. Sanam will be portraying the role of a North-eastern girl in dual facets of her personality. The movie will be the first Kollywood movie to be shot in Meghalaya and the chief minister of the state will be launching the movie.

Regarding the actress opting to bankroll the movie, Sanam was quoted as saying, “A family friend of mine, Thirukumaran, who is passionate about Tamil films, wanted to venture into production. I thought of giving it a try with me being a co-producer and choose a script where I can essay the lead protagonist”.
