I Am Excited To Be Part Of Venkat Prabhu’s Project: Sana Althaf

This teen sensation is taking South Industry by storm. Making her debut in Mollywood flick while studying in high school, the budding actress Sana Althaf is all set to be the part of a mega movie, as she plays Jai’s love interest in Venkat Prabhu's Chennai 600028: Second Innings. She talked in-depth about her big project and how she feels about it.

Sana lets us know how she got the break and said, "I'm doing my third movie in Malayalam right now. My aunty is a choreographer and she knows Aravind Akash, who is acting in the film. Through him, we came to know that they were looking for a heroine, and that's how I ended up auditioning for this film".

When asked about why she is part of movies, majorly emphasizing on male characters, Sana replied, "I know it's a film that is centred on men, but my character, Anuradha has something to do with the film's plot — it has something to do with my wedding with Jai, but you have to see the film to see what it is. So, the character is very much relevant to the story and is not there just for the sake of female presence”.

Sana added that she couldn’t miss out on the opportunity to work with big director like Venkat even if her role is brief.
