It’s official: Lakshmi Rai is very much a part of Irumbu Kuthirai

Conjectures were doing rounds about actress Lakshmi Rai whether she is acting in Irumbu Kuthirai or not. An input from a source informs, “Lakshmi was first signed on for this project, but she was not informed about the shooting for a very long time. In fact, 60 per cent of the film was also completed without her. The team even shot for over 30 days in Italy, in which the actress did not take part. Meanwhile, the makers were also looking for a replacement for her role. But, now the confusion is sorted out and she is back in the project.”

The reports claim that the elegant starlet will be seen playing the role of a biker in the movie and she has even learnt bike riding for her character in the film. Yuvaraj Bose is holding the camera for the flick. The film will also have Adharvaa and Priya Anand in the lead. Other than this, Rai is simultaneously shooting for Preview, Arabian Safari, Rani Ranamma and Aranmanai.
