Jayam Ravi becomes a proud father again!

Jayam Ravihas got a big reason to celebrate! Well, the Kollywood actor became proud father for the second time on August 10, as his wife Aarthigave birth to a baby boy at a private hospital on P H Roadin Chennai. According to the sources, both the mother and baby are hale and healthy and the family is extremely delighted with the news.

According to the grapevine, the actor has cancelled his shooting for his upcoming film with Suraaj to celebrate his fatherhood. The new father is not keen to leave his bundle of joy and wants to sit beside his wife and child in the hospital. Talking about his newborn baby boy, a delightedJayam Ravi says,"We are overjoyed. Yes, there will be celebrations but it will be confined to members of the family. We have thought of some names for the child but haven't finalized one yet."

Talking about his paternity leaves, the actor says, "I need to thank my producers who were very understanding about my need to be there for my family. I had cancelled two days of shoot and so, I will be resuming work on this film tomorrow."

 Sources also say that Suraaj's film will feature Ravi as a villager. However, Jayam Ravi says, "I can't disclose the details." When asked if his next venture would also be an action thriller, Ravi replies, "No, not really. This film will feature comedian Suri along with me and our combination will ensure this is an out-and-out fun entertainer." The unit has already completed a schedule. Ravi retorts, "Around 25 percent of the film has been completed."
