Jayam Ravi To Reunite With Mohan Raja For Sequel Of ‘Thani Oruvan’

Last year, Jayam Ravi delivered one of the biggest hits of the year in the form of ‘Thani Oruvan’. The film stormed the box office and got a great feedback from the audiences as well as the critics. Speculations are rife that Mohan Raja, who helmed the blockbuster film, is planning a sequel.

While having a chat with his fans on Twitter, the director revealed that he may come up with the second instalment of the action thriller flick. Reportedly, when one of the fans asked him, "can we expect a sequel to Thani Oruvan". Mohan Raja said, "Sure. Ravi's 25th film, hopefully".

Currently, the Miruthan actor is busy with the shoot of his next ‘Bogan’, hopefully he will reunite with Mohan Raja for the sequel. ‘Thani Oruvan’ is now being remade in Telugu with Ram Charan in the lead. Arvind Swamy, who played the lead antagonist in the film and was praised for his effortless acting, is set to reprise his role of Siddharth Abimanyu for the Telugu version.
