Jyothika Signs For Bala’s Next?

As Jyothika’s fans were saddened by the news of their 36 Vayadhinile actress opting out of Vijay’s film with Atlee, here’s something to cheer them up. The talented actress will now be seen in director Bala’s next venture. The filmmakers are keen to initiate the project and it is expected to hit the floors by March 1.

However, the team is still to sign the lead actor opposite Jyothika. This untitled flick will be bankrolled jointly by Bala’s B Studio and EON Studios. The filmmaker has earlier announced multiple projects, which include a multi starrer with Vishal, Jayam Ravi, Arvind Swami and Rana Daggubati, but these couldn’t take off.

Now, for this particular project, Bala has reportedly brought in writer-turned-actor Vela Ramamoorthi. Talking about Jyothika’s whereabouts, the Chandramukhi star is shooting and dubbing for Bramma’s Magalir Mattum, which is a women-centric flick.
