Kabilan Vairamuthu Roped In For 'Indian 2'

Kamal Haasan and Shankar are teaming up once again for the massive ‘Indian 2’ after two decades. The film is a sequel to the blockbuster film of the same name. The film is currently in its pre-production stage and as per the reports, Kabilan Vairamuthu is officially on board for the project.

Kabilan Vairamuthu has reportedly confirmed his association with Shankar’s ‘Indian 2’ in an interaction. According to Kabilan, several writers have been roped in for the film and an official announcement can be expected soon. If we go by the reports, writers like Jeyamohan and Lakshmi Saravanakumar are already part of the film.

‘Indian 2’ is expected to go on the floors later this year. Moreover, Ajay Devgn is reportedly playing an important role in the film, which will simultaneously release in Hindi and Telugu languages. Touted to be an out-and-out political film, rest of the details will be announced by the end of this year. It is also speculated that this film might be the last film of Kamal Haasan’s illustrious career as he is moving into politics.
