Kamal Haasan: All Is Not Well With Tamil Nadu

Actor-turned-politician Kamal Hassan recently announced that he will be adopting a village in every district of Tail Nadu. He said this at the annual Indian conference of the prestigious Harvard University while addressing. He thinks that all is not well with his home state Tamil Nadu at present.

He said, “I am announcing a plan of adopting a village in every district of Tamil Nadu... With the vision of making them the best villages in the world”, further adding, “All is not well with Tamil Nadu”. Moreover, he slammed the current political class in his state. He will begin with a particular village and then move on to others.

Further, it looks like the film star is Mahatma Gandhi's follower. He quotes the father of the nation’s idea of a self-reliant and self-sustainable village during his speech. Talking about Rajnikanth joining politics, he stated that an alliance may be on the cards with the veteran if there is any similarity in their ideologies.
