Kamban Kazhagam Is About Friendship And Love

Ashok Ranganathan is making his directorial debut with Kamban Kazhagam in Kollywood. The film is based on the story of friendship and is majorly shot in Pondicherry. The film has veteran actor Prabhu in the lead with other important characters played by Krithika, Swapna, Goli Soda Kishore, Jayaprakash and Delhi Ganesh.

"This movie is a lot like Marina and Pasanga. It is about the life of five boys in Pondicherry and the French culture”, revealed Ashok. He added by saying, "This one is about three couples, who belong to three different economic strata in life”.

He went on by saying that the three will meet at one point of time and will share their issues. In addition, the flick will also have Sanjana Singh, whereas new-face Sudhakar will portray the character of gangster. Ashok has previously worked as an assistant to celebrated director A.R. Murugadoss of Ghajini.
