Karthi To Team Up With Rakul Preet Singh For His Next

Actor Karthi is currently spending time in Rajasthan. No, the actor is not vacationing in the city but shooting for his next movie titled Dheeran Adhigaram Ondru, in which he will be seen playing a cop. The movie features Rakul Preet Singh as the female protagonist.

H.Vinoth who has earlier directed Sathuranga Vettai will be at the helm of affairs for the movie. It is believed that the movie will have a strong North Indian connection as it will include a huge list of stars from North India. Besides, some parts of the movie will also be shot in Gujarat.

As per sources, the movie will mark Kollywood debut of popular Marathi poet and actor Kishore Kadam. 'Dheeran Adhigaram Ondru' is produced under the banner of Dream Warrior Pictures. The film is slated for August 2017 release. Moreover, the makers are planning to release the flick in both Tamil as well as in Telugu.

 The actor is currently gearing up for the release of Kaatru Veliyidai which is been directed by Mani Ratnam and is scheduled to hit the theatres on April 7, 2017.
