Kochadaiiyaan’s audio launch postponed till January

A little disappointment for superstar Rajinikanth’s fans as their wait for Kochadaiiyaan’s soundtracks are going to be stretched further. Earlier the music album was scheduled to release on December 12 observing the superstar’s birthday but as the latest reports reveal, the launch has been postponed till first week of January.

The post production of the film is reportedly taking more time than expected. Soundarya R. Ashwin-directed Kochadaiiyaan is slated to hit the cinemas on April 14 marking Tamil New Year’s Day. The Rajinikanth-Deepika Padukone-Shobana-Sarath Kumar-Nassar-Jackie Shroff-Aadhi starrer has been scripted by K.S. Ravikumar and its editing has been done by Anthony. Music maestro A.R. Rahman has composed the music and background scores for the period film. An official date for the audio launch will be announced soon by producer Eros International.
