Lakshmi Devy Starts Production House In US

It has been heard that Kollywood actress Lakshmi Devy, who has acted in many films, has started a production house in the US. The actress, who is a medical graduate has had an adventurous journey so far. Recently, in an interview, the actress revealed that she is now a part of several TV shows in the US.

Speaking about her career in the West she said, “I’ve been asked by many people over the years, whether I was forced to do medicine — that was not the case! The truth is, I never knew that acting was a career option! It may sound naive, but to me, actors and films were this magical concept that appealed to my inner self”.

Moreover, the actress disclosed that Daro Mat is the first production under her banner. Apart from producing she has also written the screenplay and has acted in it. The movie is in Hindi and Tamil, which is based on the simple thought process and feelings of most Indian girls. Further, it has been directed by Unnikrishnan P.P.
