Lakshmi Menon roped in for Karthik Subbaraj’s next

Tollywood actress Lakshmi Menon has reportedly said yes to the one-movie-old film makerKarthik Subbaraj for his next directorial venture. The director who made his debut with Pizza will be castingLakshmi oppositeSiddharth in the lead roles. The film is not titled yet but the shooting for the same will commence from mid June.

Lakshmi confirmed the news of this offer’s acceptance saying, "Yes, I will be working withKarthik Subbarajon his next project. They approached me, and I accepted the offer, but the official announcement is still to be made." The17-year-old says thatshe is unaware of her character in the filmyet she said yes to the offer because it wasKarthik's script. It seems like Menon is quite impressed with his work in Pizza.

The director talks about the film’s location, “The shoot will commence from the mid- June.We are planning to can a few portions in the city and then we'll decide about other shoot locales for the film.”Karthik also comments about the film title that he has pretty good options for the film title but it is still undecided.Lakshmi is right now working on 3 projects Kutti Puli, Manja Pai, Sippai. Her upcoming flick Pandianadu with Vishal Krishna has also been announced too.
