Mani Rathnam Ropes In Kannada Star For Kaatru Veliyidai

Another romantic comedy is anticipated from the director of recent superhit OK Kanmani, Mani Ratnam. The ace filmmaker has already roped in Karthi and Bollywood sensation Mani Ratnam in the lead roles. Now, interesting connection has come from the Sandalwood.

Annada star Harish Raj is ready to make his Tollywood entry with Kaatru Veliyidai. He said to the media, "I have grown up watching and admiring Mani sir's work. We used to watch his films on video cassettes back then, and we would watch them over and over again till the cassette eventually topped working. To have been picked for a role in his film and to e working at such close quarters with the man who inspired me to pursue a career in films is a dream come true".

Interestingly, Harish has worked in Tamil and Telugu commercials and is recognized face. He added that he was approached by Mani’s team through one of these commercials. Harish is advised not to reveal anything about the movie yet and said he is living a dream to be part of celebrated director’s flick.
